Main Deliverables

  • Independent unbiased advice and guidance, as your Client-side Project Manager and Client Representative
  • Help write and properly structure your Project Brief and Objectives
  • Establish Space Requirements, conduct Workplace Studies and engage as Workplace Consultants as necessary

  • Objectively evaluate shortlisted buildings – e.g. suitability, construction costs/ timescales, efficiencies, legal limitations
  • Conduct Pre-Acquisition Surveys and Due Diligence on shortlisted commercial building(s)
  • Formulate detailed Project Budgets and provide ongoing Cost Monitoring and Control
  • Prepare Programmes - key timelines and sequencing required to meet your deadline
  • Advise on Design and Construction companies, Procurement Routes, Forms of Contract
  • Manage Tendering Process, Cost Analysis, Value Engineering, Final Negotiations
  • Administer the Construction Contract, acting as CA/ Employers Agent
  • Deliver to Brief, Deadline and Budget – then certify handover to client
